Apparently yesterday was National Sibling Day, and she’s the best little sis I could ever ask for.

This can easily describe what Fresher’s Week is…or maybe not. But in case you’re wondering if he was actually naked under there, I’m not too sure. But he had to be at least topless.

Since this is supposed to be about my adventures while I’m in the UK, then let’s start at the beginning. The first time I ever dabbled in “street photography” was roaming around Trafalgar Square in London (shown here). Being surrounded by all the different people and observing their gestures and actions, it was fun to document that and show viewers what I see. While I took a bunch of photos there last week, this was my favorite of the lot. And what’s more surprising is that this little boy was my first subject. Unlike other kids I’ve photographed, he clearly knew I was watching him but still acted as if I weren’t there — the best kind of subject I can have.
So for those of you who want to know about my random musings, everyday activities and whatever else I decide to post on here while I’m living in Leeds (you know who you are), be sure to follow this blog. I will try to post something every day whether it’s a photo I took, the day’s soundtrack or maybe even something I overheard, who knows. I had a plan for this thing, but like everything else in life, plans change.
